great people, very helpful and friendly
Most of the sales staff are good and try to help you out. The quality of the parts they sell is a whole different issue. Lots of faulty poorly made parts and they charge top dollar. Oh and forget about any kind of warranty. I have been shopping here for well over ten years and have never had them honor a warranty. So if you like taking chances with your safety and your vehicles health then ship here. Other wise I would highly recommend purchasing parts from someone other than Napa .
